Acclaim Training Single-handedly built and managed Acclaim Training from conception to full adoption within the organization, leveraging previous LMS design and management experience.
Most of my recent press relates to Acclaim Autism and Appian, due to the use of new technology and successful implementations. Prior to founding Acclaim, I also served as a consultant at the Center for Innovation, Excellence, and Leadership (IXL Center) where I served as a technology lead and innovation consultant on projects for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies operating in Life Sciences/ Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Materials, International Development, Telecommunications, Aerospace, and Education. Before that, I was also the first person to implement an instance of Instructure’s Canvas LMS across the Great Firewall in China in 2012-2013 as part of the Education First/ Hult International Business School global technology team.
As a graduate student, I was a Hult Prize (Global Case Challenge) global finalist in 2011-2012, where I served as the team captain of the Asia Regionals Global Finalist team where we worked with MIT Media Lab’s One Laptop Per Child initiative, winning against over 1,000 teams for a technology manufacturing, distribution, and efficacy strategy to simplify global technology supply chains while reducing costs across the organization.
I started my career as a teacher in Seoul, South Korea, which has given me context, empathy, and a perspective about the meaning of work that has, in many ways shaped my personal and professional journey more profoundly than anything else.
